Everything You Need to Know Before Your Cleaning
A deep clean is typically the first service we provide to new clients. It includes more detailed work such as cleaning baseboards, windows and sills, moving furniture and surface items in order to clean more effectively, cleaning light fixtures and fans, and overall providing more attention to detail. Recurring cleans are considered standard cleans, focusing on maintaining the cleanliness of your home. If you need extra services like inside ovens or fridges cleaned, we can do so for an additional fee.
You can easily request a cleaning or manage your current services through our customer dashboard. New customers can complete a request form here. For existing customers, simply log in to request new bookings, view and pay invoices, or communicate with your cleaners. We do not offer self-serve bookings, but once a request is made, we guarantee a turnaround time of 4 hours for confirmation.
We proudly serve the entire St. Louis metro area - from St. Charles to Illinois, and from the city to Jefferson County - offering professional house cleaning, window cleaning, janitorial services, and post-construction cleaning. Our cleaning services generally range from $45 to $55 per hour, depending on the type of clean you need. First-time deep cleans may be on the higher end due to the additional work involved. Here are some examples of common cleaning rates:

For a detailed quote, contact us directly, and we'll tailor our services to fit your needs.
For residential window cleaning, we usually charge $20 per window for both interior and exterior glass (customers on a recurring schedule will be charged less). Screens are an additional $5 each, and storm windows cost $25 each. If you have original windows with both storm windows and screens, the cost is $50 per window. Contact us for a custom quote if you have a larger or unique property.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 2 days’ notice so we can adjust our schedules. We do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but 48 hours’ notice helps us keep things running smoothly. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.
Yes, we strive to send the same cleaner or team to your home for each service. This ensures consistency, builds trust, and allows your cleaner to get familiar with your preferences. If your usual cleaner is unavailable, we will notify you and send a trusted replacement.
